This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. DEPOSIT AMOUNT

To account for Renter potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, at the time of rental, renters will be required to provide the following deposit amount:

$850 for the following vehicles classes: Performance Sport, Full Size Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Full Size Elite Electric Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Limo Van, and Corvette. 

$1,000 for the following vehicle classes: Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

INSURANCE VERIFICATION

At the time of rental, Renter must provide evidence of transferrable auto collision, comprehensive and liability policy for the following vehicle classes: Full Size Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury Sedan, Midsize Sport Luxury Sedan, Electric Luxury Sedan, Premium Luxury SUV, Extended Luxury SUV, Electric Luxury SUV, Limo Van, Corvette, Luxury Performance Sport, Elite Performance Sport, Ultra Performance Sport, Ultra Luxury Sedan, and Ultra Luxury SUV.

Como cliente, usted elige la manera de pagar el combustible.

Opción 1: prepago del combustible
Con esta opción, el arrendatario paga el depósito de combustible al alquilar el vehículo y lo devuelve vacío. No se reembolsará el combustible no utilizado.

Opción 2: nosotros nos encargamos del repostaje
Esta opción permite al arrendatario pagar a Enterprise al final del periodo de alquiler la gasolina usada pero no repuesta. El precio por litro será superior a los precios del mercado local.

Opción 3: usted se encarga del repostaje
Esta opción permite que el arrendatario devuelva el vehículo con la misma cantidad de gasolina que recibió para evitar cargos adicionales en concepto de combustible.

SE APLICARÁ EL SEGURO DE RESP DEL ARRENDATARIO EXCEPTO EN LOS CASOS EN QUE LA LEY LE EXIJA A ENTERPRISE PROVEER PROTECCIÓN DE RESP.

Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals and redeem points at this location. Redemption reservations must be booked online by the customer, in advance of their scheduled pick up date. Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits on National and Enterprise brand rentals, but can only redeem at National brand locations.

• Cumplir la política de extensión militar del estado emisor del permiso.  Estas políticas varían en función del estado y animamos a los clientes a consultar con el organismo regulador de vehículos a motor que corresponda para obtener más información.
Clientes que viajen a los EE. UU. y Canadá desde otros países
Es importante que los clientes consulten con el organismo regulador de vehículos a motor en los estados o provincias a los que planeen viajar para asegurarse de cumplir las diferentes leyes de circulación.  Las prácticas siguientes se usan para garantizar que el cliente presenta un permiso de conducir válido en el momento de formalizar el alquiler.
Los clientes que viajen a los Estados Unidos y Canadá desde otro país deben presentar la documentación siguiente:
• El permiso de conducir del país de origen y
• Si el permiso de conducir del país de origen está en un idioma diferente al inglés (o el francés, en el caso de alquileres en Canadá) y las letras no están en inglés (esto es, alemán, español, etc.) se recomienda un permiso de conducir internacional con fines de traducción, aunque no se exige, además del permiso del país de origen. 
• Si el permiso del país de origen está en un idioma diferente al inglés y las letras no están en inglés (esto es, el alfabeto no es latino extendido, como el alemán o el español, sino ruso, japonés, árabe, etc.) se exige un permiso de conducir internacional.
• Si no se puede obtener un permiso de conducir internacional en el país de origen, puede aportarse una traducción profesional mecanografiada.  En cualquier caso, también debe presentarse el permiso del país de origen.
• Los clientes no pueden alquilar un vehículo únicamente con el permiso de conducir internacional.  El permiso de conducir internacional es una traducción del permiso del país de origen y no se considera permiso ni identificación válida.
• En algunos lugares, incluidas sin limitación oficinas en Arizona, California, Georgia, Nuevo México, Nevada y Texas, puede exigírsele a los clientes que presenten documentación adicional emitida por un organismo oficial.
Otros requisitos
• No se aceptan fotocopias de los permisos de conducir.
• No se aceptan “permisos de aprendizaje“.
• No se admitirá ningún permiso que restrinja al conductor el uso y manejo de un vehículo equipado con alguna forma de alcoholímetro.
• Los permisos de conducir temporales pueden rechazarse si la ubicación del alquiler no tiene medios para comprobar la identidad del cliente o la autenticidad del permiso temporal.  Se puede exigir una identificación adicional emitida por un organismo oficial.

EL SEGURO DE ACCIDENTE PERSONAL (PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE, PAI) DE ESTA SUCURSALOSCILA ENTRE USD 3,00 Y USD 7,00 POR DÍA. - EL SEGURO DE ACCIDENTE PERSONAL (PAI) SE OFRECE ALMOMENTO DEL ALQUILER POR UN CARGO DIARIO ADICIONAL. SISE ACEPTA, EL PAI OFRECE AL ARRENDATARIO Y A LOS PASAJEROSBENEFICIOS PARA GASTOS MÉDICOS, PARA GASTOS DE AMBULANCIA OEN CASO DE MUERTE ACCIDENTAL. La cobertura de efectos personales (PEC) se ofrece en el momento del alquiler por un cargo diario adicional. Si se acepta, el PEC contenido en la póliza asegura los efectos personales del arrendatario, los conductores adicionales o cualquier miembro de la familia inmediata del arrendatario que resida permanentemente en el hogar del arrendatario y que viaje con el arrendatario contra riesgos de pérdida o daño. Los beneficios se pagan además de cualquier otra cobertura de seguro que el arrendatario o los pasajeros puedan tener. Esto es solo un resumen. PEC está sujeto a las disposiciones, limitaciones y exclusiones de la póliza PEC suscrita por Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company en los Estados Unidos. La compra de PEC es opcional y no se requiere para alquilar un auto. La cobertura provista por PEC puede duplicar la cobertura existente del arrendatario. Enterprise offers roadside assistance protection at select locations. Rap allows Enterprise customers to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as lost keys, lockouts, and fuel outages. Rap can be added for 3.99 US or Canadian dollars per day.  Road side assistance protection offers these services--flat tire, jump start, lockout service, fuel delivery, and key replacement. Note- in NY, CA, NV, and KS the cost of the key will not be covered, only the service to deliver the key or perform the lockout service.  Roadside assistance protection is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, you or any authorized driver were in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violations set forth therein. In such cases, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges may apply.
